The lucioles.app website and the Lucioles app (app.lucioles.app and the Android app) are published by a private individual, a non-professional publisher, with no commercial activity. As allowed by article 6, III, 2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), the publisher has chosen not to publish their personal contact details: the information that identifies them has been given to the host.

Lucioles does not replace emergency services. In France: 15 (medical, SAMU), 17 (police), 18 (fire), 112 (emergencies, anywhere in Europe), 114 (by text, if you can’t speak).
